HP Micr cartridge works great 03/04/2023

The HP OEM Laserjet Pro 4001 cartridge with the Micr toner works great out of the box. I installed the cartridge in my printer when first printing Micr checks with our Sage100 cloud AP system and it worked with no problems. I read that HP is manufacturing their printers and cartridges to recognize eachother - cannot chance using an aftermarket toner cartridge. Especially since the Micr toner cartridges cost so much due to the magnetic toner. I was happy to find a genuine HP cartridge on the website with the Micr toner replacing the regular toner. The cartridge is also a new cartridge, not a recycled one. Another good thing about ordering from Laser Cartridges Plus is that they had the Micr toner cartridge in stock and processed my order on the same day. Since I am in Hawaii there is a 4 to 5 hour time difference but I was able to get it in during regular business hours. I had it shipped 2 day air and received it within a couple of days.

I received the cartridge, installed it, and printed checks the same day. Works very well. I can now see the difference in the print quality from a cartridge that is running out of toner. I will try to order the replacement earlier.
