Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt, packing slip or email confirmation to any of our stores; for delivery orders, call 1-800-260-9809.
After 30 days from purchase, the product may only be exchanged for store credit or cartridge replacement. All remanufactured and brand compatible products are guaranteed from defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. The product must be returned with a copy of the invoice and a must not be empty. There are no exchanges or refunds on empty cartridges. If you have received the wrong product, ordered the incorrect product, or if you have any questions, e-mail us at: orders@lasercartridgeplus.com and a customer service representative will reply within one business day.
