After 30 days from purchase, the product may be exchanged for store credit or cartridge replacement. All remanufactured and brand compatible products are guaranteed from defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. The product must be returned with a copy of the invoice and a must not be empty. There are no exchanges or refunds on empty cartridges. If you have received the wrong product, ordered the incorrect product, or if you have any questions, e-mail us at: orders@lasercartridgeplus.com and a customer service representative will reply within one business day.
